Dear Readers,

The very next day after I shared the announcement about my new book, life took an unexpected and heartbreaking turn. My water broke at just 23 weeks. I was admitted to the hospital and stayed there for a week, hoping and praying for the best.

At 24 weeks, I went into labor and had to undergo an emergency C-section. Our baby girl fought bravely but sadly passed away two days after birth. Losing her has been the most painful experience of our lives.

Our baby boy is still in the NICU, fighting his own battle every single day. This is an incredibly emotional and difficult time for my family, and our hearts are with him as we hope and pray for his strength and recovery.

My husband keeps encouraging me to start writing again so that I can keep myself occupied. I am trying, but right now I am not able to write anything. I am hoping to start soon, else I might go mad with all the overthinking and what ifs.

Please keep my baby boy in your prayers for his speedy recovery. Your support, kindness, and prayers mean more to us than words can express.
